1. Shipping Rates & Taxes
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
(For orders under $150, a calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout.)

While we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience, international shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your country.- Please Note: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any additional customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. PER SENSE does not control these charges. However, for key markets like the USA (orders under $800) and Australia (orders under 1000 AUD), shipments typically arrive duty-free under current regulations.
2. Conscious Packaging
We have carefully curated our packaging to be both protective and planet-friendly, focusing our resources on the quality of the product itself rather than excessive labeling.
- Signature Materials: Your items will arrive in our signature reusable cotton/canvas dust bags, protected by honeycomb paper (a sustainable alternative to plastic bubble wrap), and encased in our durable brand boxes.
- Our Philosophy: We opt for "Raw & Recycled" materials where possible. We believe in minimizing waste and ensuring that every part of our packaging can be repurposed or recycled, putting the value into the craftsmanship you hold in your hands.
3. Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to hand-pick, quality check, and pack your order from our global fulfillment center.
- Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
4. Estimated Transit Time
We utilize Premium Direct Lines to ensure your items arrive promptly. We currently ship exclusively to the following destinations:

Peak Season & Delays:
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas), public holidays, or due to unforeseen customs/policy adjustments, delivery times may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
5. Important Notes
- Physical Addresses Only: We strongly recommend using a physical street address. Carriers may encounter issues delivering to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. PER SENSE is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided.
6. Cancellations & Returns on Shipped Orders

Can I cancel after shipment?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email (and tracking number), the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that are already in transit. -
Solution:
If you decide you no longer want the item, please wait for the package to be delivered first. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a standard return process in accordance with our Return Policy. (Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.) -
Warning:
Please do not reject the package at the door. Rejecting a parcel may cause it to be lost or incur significant return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [official@per-sense.com] within 48 hours. We are here to help.
