Beauty Care-Crystal Wellness Tools (Gua Sha)

“Handle with Grace, Treat with Care”

Natural crystals (Rose Quartz, Amethyst, White Jade, Serpentine Jade, Obsidian, etc.) are solid minerals, yet they remain inherently fragile.

Fragility Warning!!
  • Fragility Warning: If dropped onto hard surfaces like bathroom sinks, tiles, or floors, the stone will likely crack or break.
  • Safety First: If your tool breaks or chips, please stop using it immediately to avoid injury.
(Please note: PER SENSE is not responsible for damage caused by accidental drops, improper handling, or misuse of the product.)
The Cleaning Ritual

After your massage ritual using facial oils or creams, maintenance is simple yet essential:

  1. Wipe: Gently wipe off excess oil with a soft tissue or facial towel.
  2. Wash: Depending on residue, rinse with warm water or use a mild hand soap.
  3. Store: Dry thoroughly and store it in the provided Dust-Proof Pouch to prevent dust accumulation and accidental slips.
Temperature Therapy
  • ☑️ Fridge Friendly: Safe to chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for an enhanced depuffing and cooling effect.
  • ✖️ No Freezer: Do not freeze. Extreme freezing temperatures can cause the internal structure of the stone to fracture or crack.
Demystifying "Imperfections" (Please Read)

You may observe internal ice-crack textures, cloud-like mists, mineral sediments, or slight color variations inside your stone. These are NOT defects or damage. They are natural inclusions formed over millions of years, serving as the "fingerprint" that verifies your stone is authentic, not glass or plastic.

  • Surface Texture Note: It is normal to find tiny 1-2mm natural pits, sand holes, or slight surface fissures. As long as these features are concave (indented) and feel smooth to the touch—especially when used with facial oil—they are completely safe to use and will not harm or scratch your skin.

Beauty Care - Hair Wellness (Beechwood Brush Care)

Initial Setup & Scent & The "Missing Pin" Mystery
  • Upon unboxing, you may notice a mild scent from the protective cushioning materials. This is normal. If you are sensitive to smells, simply place the brush in a well-ventilated area for a day to let it air out.
  • You will notice a small hole in the middle of the rubber cushion. This is a ventilation hole, not a missing bristle! It allows air to circulate so the cushion can compress and massage your scalp gently.
  • Bristle Recovery: If any bristles appear slightly bent due to compression during shipping, do not worry. Gently blow them with a hair dryer (warm setting, keep 10-15cm distance) for a few seconds, and they will return to their original shape.
Safety & Usage Precautions
  • Heat Warning: Keep away from open flames. Do not use this brush under continuous high heat from a hair dryer for extended periods, as this may damage the natural wood or deform the bristles.
  • Styling Products: Avoid using on hair heavily coated with hairspray, wax, or gels. Chemical residues may cause discoloration of the bristles or cushion pad over time.
Why We Choose Nylon (The Gentle Choice)

Unlike stiff Boar Bristles which can be harsh on sensitive scalps or difficult to clean:

  1. Universal Fit: Our premium Nylon pins glide through all hair types (thick or thin) without tugging or breakage.
  2. Scalp Friendly: The rounded tips are gentle on the scalp, offering a soothing massage without irritation.
  3. Hygienic & Durable: High-strength Nylon is resistant to corrosion and bacteria, making it much easier to maintain than animal hair.
The "Dry Clean" Ritual (Recommended)

We do not recommend submerging the wooden handle in water. To clean safely:

  1. Remove Hair: Use the provided mini comb or a cleaning claw to remove loose hair entangled in the bristles.
  2. Wipe Cushion: Wrap a wet wipe around the mini comb and gently wipe the rubber cushion horizontally and vertically.
  3. Clean Bristles: Hold the handle and gently rub the bristle tips against a clean wet wipe spread on a flat surface. (For stubborn oil on bristle tips, use a cotton pad to wipe individually).
  4. Dry: Place the brush bristles-side down in a dry, ventilated area to air dry naturally.
Maintenance Frequency
  • Weekly: Simple hair removal.
  • Monthly: Deep wipe-down cleaning.
  • Replacement: For optimal scalp hygiene (to avoid dust mites and bacteria buildup), we recommend replacing your hairbrush every 6 months, just like a toothbrush.
Anti-Static Tips for Winter

In dry seasons, friction between sweaters and hair can cause static. To reduce this:

  1. Slightly dampen your hair ends before brushing.
  2. Or, lightly mist a small amount of water onto the brush cushion before use. Increased humidity effectively blocks static electricity.
Wellness Disclaimer
  • Volumizing: The degree of "fluffiness" depends on individual hair texture.
  • Hair Growth: Daily brushing stimulates blood circulation and relieves tension, which supports scalp health. However, this brush is a lifestyle tool, not a medical device for hair regrowth. Hair density is influenced by genetics, diet, and lifestyle; a brush cannot directly increase hair count.
  • Sensitivity: If you experience any inflammation, redness, or rash during use, please discontinue immediately and consult a dermatologist.

Bags & Accessories - Artisan Accessories (Nature Object Collection)

Storage Ritual

The suede cords naturally attract dust. When not in use, pleasestore the item separatelyin the providedDust-Proof Drawstring Bag. This prevents dust absorption and keeps the cords from tangling with other jewelry.

Wood Characteristics (For Sandalwood Vase)

As a living natural material, Purple Sandalwood is rich in oils and may occasionally secretefine white crystals (resin)on the surface. This is not mold or a defect—it is a sign of high-quality, authentic wood. Simply wipe it gently with a soft cotton cloth to polish it back to its original luster

Water Warning

The leather and suede components arenot waterproof. Avoid contact with water (showering/swimming). If accidentally wet, wipe dry immediatelywith a soft cloth and keep in a dry, ventilated environment.

Surface Protection
  • Avoid Scratching: Avoid friction with hard objects (such as keys or zippers) to prevent scratching the natural shell or UV-printed surfaces.
  • Chemical Safety: Keep away from organic solvents (such as alcohol sanitizers, perfumes, or hairspray), as they can damage the wood finish and the glossy coating.

Bags & Accessories - The Leather Collection ( Slim Buckle Pochette )

Upon Arrival (Unboxing)
  • Reshaping: Due to international shipping compression, your bag may arrive with slight indentations. This is temporary. Please immediately stuff the bag with the provided tissue paper (or soft clean cloth) to help it regain its structured shape. Allow it to sit for 24 hours.
Strap Versatility Note
  • The adjustable buckle strap is designed for 4-way wear: Handheld, Underarm, Shoulder, and Crossbody.
  • Fit Check: While it extends to a crossbody length, the fit may vary depending on individual height and body type. (e.g., it may sit higher on the torso for taller individuals).
Daily Care Ritual
  1. Storage: When not in use, always keep the bag stuffed with tissue paper to maintain its box shape, and store it inside the Dust-Proof Pouch in a cool, dry, and ventilated area.
  2. Water Warning: Genuine leather is not waterproof. If caught in the rain, gently wipe it dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent permanent water stains. Do not use heat to dry.
  3. Nourishment: If you notice signs of dryness or slight scratches, apply a high-quality colorless leather conditioner. Allow it to absorb, then gently polish with a soft cloth to restore its natural luster and prevent cracking.
  4. Color Transfer (Crucial):Light Bags: Avoid contact with dark-colored garments (like raw denim) to prevent dye transfer onto the leather.Dark Bags: Avoid rubbing against light-colored fabrics to prevent potential color migration.
  5. Hardware: High humidity or salty environments (like seaside) can accelerate metal oxidation. Avoid contact with sharp objects to protect the hardware finish.

Bags & Accessories - The Jute Collection (Tote Bag Care)

Respect the Fiber (Material Story)
  • 100% Sustainable: Our Jute is a fast-growing, biodegradable plant fiber that requires no deforestation to produce.
  • Raw Beauty: We preserve the plant's original unbleached color without harsh chemical dyes, showcasing its authentic, eco-friendly aesthetic.
  • Why Jute? While slightly coarser to the touch than cotton, Jute is superior to Raffia or Palm Leaf in durability. It is breathable, lightweight, flexible, and holds its shape exceptionally well.
Understanding Natural Characteristics (Not Defects)
  • Texture: The surface naturally features "wrinkled" fibers and a slight fuzziness. This rustic texture creates that effortless, lazy vacation vibe.
  • Fuzzing (Pilling): It is normal for the natural fibers to exhibit slight fuzziness initially. With long-term use and friction, this fuzzing may increase. This does not affect the bag's structural integrity, as the inner layer is reinforced with a bonding process to keep the bag sturdy and structured.
Daily Care Ritual
  1. Sun & Water:Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can cause the fibers to become brittle or break.Keep dry. Moisture or soaking will cause the fibers to swell, harden, or even mildew.
  2. Storage:Stuff with tissue paper to maintain shape. Store in a dust-free, dry, and ventilated area.
  3. Fabric Pairing (Crucial):Color Transfer: Natural Jute may fade slightly over time. Avoid direct contact with light-colored clothing.Anti-Snagging: Avoid friction with delicate fabrics (like Silk or Cashmere) to prevent snagging or pilling caused by the coarse jute texture.
Cleaning Guide
  • Dust: Gently remove dust with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner on a low/gentle setting.
  • Spots: Treat local stains by gently dabbing with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Use cold water only.
  • DO NOT: Do not scrub vigorously, do not machine wash, and do not tumble dry. Always air dry flat in the shade.
