Shipping & Delivery

Where is my order shipped from?

To ensure the highest standards of quality control, all PER SENSE orders are dispatched directly from our Centralized Global Fulfillment Center in China. By shipping directly from the source to your doorstep, we ensure every piece undergoes a final inspection by our team before departure.

How can I track my order?

Within 24-48 hours after your order ships, you can check the latest shipping status on your order page or the Track your order page (/apps/parcelpanel) by entering your order number or tracking number.

As each item undergoes strict quality inspection and manual packaging, tracking updates may be delayed during periods of high order volume or promotional events such as holidays. Thank you for your patience.

Note: International shipments may sometimes see a pause in tracking updates while clearing customs. This is normal.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over 150USD .

For orders under 150 , a calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location (please refer to the checkout page for the final rate).

Can I ship to an alternative address separate from my billing address?

Yes, absolutely. This is perfect for gifting. However, for security reasons, if the addresses are in different countries, our fraud detection system may flag the order for manual review.

Orders & Gifting

Is gift packaging available?

We believe every order should feel like a gift. All items arrive in our signature reusable cotton dust bags and eco-friendly protective boxes, free of charge. No price tags or invoices are included inside the box, making it ready to send directly to the recipient.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make changes, please email support@per-sense.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the shipping label is created, we cannot intercept or cancel the order.

The item I wish to purchase is out of stock. Will it come back?

Our collections are often produced in small batches to ensure quality. If an item is sold out, please use the "Back in Stock" button on the product page to be notified immediately upon restocking.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

How are taxes and duties handled?

It depends on your destination:

  • USA: Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free.
  • Australia: Orders under $1,000 AUD are typically duty-free.
  • Singapore: Orders under $400 SGD are typically duty-free.
  • UK: You may be responsible for import duties/VAT upon delivery.

PER SENSE does not collect these fees and cannot refund them.

Products & Care

How do I care for my Crystal / Leather / Jute products?

Because we use diverse natural materials, care instructions vary by collection.

Is there a warranty on my products?

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer a long-term warranty for normal wear and tear of natural materials (e.g., leather aging or accidental crystal breakage).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to international logistics complexity. If you want a different color or style, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take?

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (usually 3-5 business days after receipt), the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process it.

Do you offer any discounts for new customers?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive 10% OFF your first order.

Can I stack discount codes?

No. Only one discount code can be used per order.
